You don't know the quality of an insurance company until you have a claim. Sadly, we had a minor claim, windshield damage. There were a few complications with getting the windshield replaced and the claim processed. However, once I brough this to the attention of my local State Farm agent, Kyle, he sprung into action and was a rock star. I asked him to take care of everything as I had a bad week unrelated to the claim and just needed the issue to be resolved. From that point on, I had to do nothing. He took care of it all and promptly followed up saying a check was being cut. We also, sadly had another issue within a two-week span. Again, our agent gave great advice and went the extra mile to ensure we made the best choices related to our options. Kudos to Kyle and State Farm for a job well done.
